Today we visited Grace & Savour (Hampton Manor) to collect this year’s incredible harvest of botanicals for our fourth collaboration vermouth. Each leaf and flower hand-picked from their kitchen garden – a testament to the care that goes into everything they create.
This year’s blend will include Fig leaf, Bergamot, Lemon Balm, Pineapple Weed, Tagetes and Meadowsweet. All grown here in the UK, all bursting with aromatic potential. These beautiful botanicals will now begin their journey – steeping in locally sourced grain spirit to extract their unique flavours and aromas. Can you imagine how incredible Chris’s car journey back smelled!?
We’re incredibly proud to continue this partnership with such a talented team. Creating something entirely unique using only British-grown ingredients feels like the perfect marriage of our shared values – quality, locality, and respect for the land.
The next few weeks will be crucial as we monitor the extraction process, but we’re already excited about what this year’s creation will bring. Each batch tells its own story, and based on the knockout success of the last, this one promises to be exceptional.
