What a start to 2022! Two awards for our little English vineyard.

We are utterly gobsmacked to say that we won the @ruralbusinessawards NATIONAL Food & Drink Business 2022! Unbelievable! To win the regional final was amazing enough, but to be crowned the best in the country is something else ????

And last week, we attended the @visitworcestershire Tourism Awards where we were named Visitor Experience of the Year. The glamorous evening was held at beautiful @stanbrookabbey.hotel , where our wine was also served to all of the attendees.

Congratulations to overall winner @rowleyfarmholidays , and so nice to meet up with @malverngin @visitthemalverns @churchfieldsfarmhouse and @brockencotehall .

Worcestershire has a fantastic range of tourism and hospitality businesses – a sector that suffered over the last two years, but has been supported so well by all the local government organisations and HW Camber of Commerce. We’re so grateful for their help.

It’s been an unforgettable five years here at Astley. Taking over, and trying to turn around one of the oldest vineyards in the country has been a mammoth task. We put our heart and soul into everything we do here, so it’s unbelievably gratifying to see this recognised at a national level
