Intimate, relaxed & educational, our tours are a chance to drink delicious wine with the people who made it. Tours are available for individuals, couples, groups, or large groups.

Our vineyard tour includes:
- An introduction to Astley Vineyard’s history, accompanied by a welcome drink.
- A short walk to the vineyard through our beautiful wooded valley.
- A walk and talk amongst the vines, introducing you to our grape varieties and basic viticulture.
- A glass of wine at our pavilion which overlooks the vineyard and the beautiful Severn Valley.
- A look inside our winery to talk about basic winemaking.
- And finally a sit down guided-tasting of three of our award winning wines, alongside a taste of local produce.
After your tour, why not stay for a glass of wine on our terrace or Wine Garden?

Important information:
- Tours start at 3 pm and last around 2 hours 30 minutes, but can vary.
- As part of our tour, we serve small nibbles of food to demonstrate wine pairing. Please use the “Dietary Requirements” menu below to indicate your needs, or contact us directly.
- Our estate is a working farm – the path to the vineyard is sloped and uneven. We recommend all guests wear sensible footwear and clothes. If you have mobility issues, please use the “Mobility requirements” menu below to indicate the need for transport. You can also contact us directly.
- We alter our tour in accordance with the weather to give you the best experience possible. We try not to cancel tours if it rains. We will contact you in the case of extreme circumstances.
- Whilst we welcome children on our tours (at a reduced cost), we cannot offer wine tastings to under 18s. We reserve the right to ask for Age ID. Please contact us.
- Dogs are not allowed to come on tours.

Event FAQs
Our tours are geared towards those who know nothing/not a lot about wine. If this is you, we hope to share our passion with you in a fun & engaging way. Please come.
If you know a lot about wine, the tasting element of our tour may be basic for you. Perhaps attend our self guided "Walk & Wine", or contact us.
The total amount of wine adds up to approximately 375ml per person (spread over 2 hours). If you would like to book a taxi, you can try Regency Taxis (01562 66666), Central Taxis (01562 515131), or Blue Door Taxis (01905 794185).
We are a working farm, so sensible shoes & clothing is advised. Approximately half of the tour is outside, and the other half inside.
We modify our tour according to the weather to ensure you have the best experience possible. We only cancel tours in cases of extremely poor weather. We advise you wear sensible clothing. We can provide umbrellas.
We provide a platter of homemade and local foods to demonstrate food pairing with wine. These include home made bread, cheese, a salmon mousse and a wild garlic pesto. We can provide alternatives if given at least 24 hours notice. Please use the dietary requirement option above, or booking note, to notify us. Please note that the amount of food provided does not constitue a meal.
The vineyard is less than 5 minutes away via an uneven, gently sloping path. There are also some steps in our woodland - although these can be avoided. If you have mobility issues, the walk may be too strenuous for you. Please indicate your needs via the "Dietary & Mobility requirements" menu above so we can organise transportation.
