Artio 2024 [Au Naturel] – Half Bottle

Named after the Celtic goddess of the wilderness, Artio is a sparkling Sauvignon Blanc / Bacchus blend. This first "Au Naturel" batch is being released as 'Col Fondo'  meaning it is un-disgorged [ie: contains all its yeast]. The result is a bone dry, cloudy wine that retains its yeasty spice and will continue to develop with time. A refreshing and balanced wine - ideal for natural wine enthusiasts!

A follow-up disgorged version will eventually be available.

Made of: Sauvignon Blanc - 60%; Bacchus - 38%; Kerner - 2%

Tastes of:  Green apple, fresh grapefruit, lemon peel & gooseberry

Sweetness: Dry

Acidity: High

Unidsgorged- contains all its yeast
