An astounding vintage of a textbook English Bacchus. Powerful, fragrant, and incredibly fruity, it has flavours of fresh green apples and pineapple. Drink as a crisp aperitif, or pair with light dishes and starters.
Made of: 95% Bacchus, 5% Sauvignon Blanc

There are many styles of English Bacchus. For ours, we try to capture the bright, crisp green fruits of this variety to make it an incredible aperitif. This 2025 is a stunning vintage. It balances powerful intensity and length, with a clean and precise acidity. Enjoy this with snacks before dinner, or light dishes & starters like Asparagus, white meats, or salads. A great alternative to Sauvignon Blanc, and a classic English wine. Drink young & chilled.
