Made of: 99%% Pinot Noir, 1% Madeleine Angevine
Tastes of: Fresh strawberry, Red cherry, Sappy & Spicy
Sweetness: Dry
Acidity: Medium high
Tannins: Low
The warmth of 2025 meant we were always going to make a red out of this fantastic vintage. This medium light, unoaked Pinot is the perfect remedy for those who dont want a tannic, oaky red, and would rather sip something lighter on its own or with a lighter meal. This tastes of ripe red fruits, with sappy, spicy undertones, and very gentle grip. Perfect with fresh pizza, pasta, or white meats in a rich sauce. The majority of fruit was sourced from 5 minutes away (Church Farm).
