Named after the German poet after which the grape variety was named, Justinius Kerner is a special edition of our regular "Kerner". Made from an astounding vintage, this powerful, precise & refreshing Kerner is perfect for lovers of Riesling.
Made of: 100% Kerner (96% of a single tank)
Tastes of: Salted grapefruit, Preserved lemon, Root ginger, Roasted nuts, White pepper

2025 produced the ripest Kerner our vineyard has ever produced. Coming in naturally at 13% Abv (remember, this is a close relative of Riesling), the 2025 has a power, an elegance, and a depth that we rarely experience. Made for lovers of Riesling, Grüner Veltliner and crisp Albariño, this steely but powerful wine marries ripe citrus and apple, with peppery spices, and a moreish acidity. An incredbile aperitif, or accompaniment to light or fatty dishes. A true flagship wine.
