Made of: 95% Pinot Noir, 3% Siegerrebe, 2% Madeleine Angevine
Tastes of: Red cherry, Raspberry, Pomegranate, Spice

This incredibly light Pinot is pretty, fruity and refreshing. With 20% Carbonic Maceration and no oak, it is a light and fruity expression of cool climate Pinot. Drink chilled with fresh pizza, tomato'y pasta, or as an aperitif.
80% of these grapes were sourced from Church Farm Vineyard (previously Sixteen Ridges) just 5 minutes away from us.
