- Named after the Celtic goddess of the wilderness, Artio is a sparkling Bacchus / Sauvignon Blanc blend. This first batch is being released as 'Col Fondo' meaning it is un-disgorged [ie: contains all its yeast]. The result is a bone dry, cloudy wine that retains its yeasty spice and will continue to develop with time. A refreshing and balanced wine. Ideal for natural wine lovers. [Limited release.
